When you buy your home using me as your REALTOR®, I’ve got your back!

If for any reason, within 3 months of purchasing your home, you decide you don’t like it, I’ll SELL IT FOR FREE!

Now you might be asking yourself, “Why would you want to sell my new home right after buying it?”

Well, there are a number of reasons…

  • Your new neighbours are not as friendly as you had hoped.
  • You get a new job and are forced to transfer to a new location.
  • You realize after moving in that the home isn’t quite right for your family.
  • You suddenly come into a bunch of money and decide you want to buy a bigger home.

Whatever the reason, if within 3 months of purchasing your home, you decide you want to sell it, I will sell it for you and I won’t charge you any commissions on the listing side of the transaction. There may be an obligation to pay the buyer’s agent a commission and other closing costs, but you will not have to pay me a single dime!

My personal, “Love it or Leave it” Buyer Protection Guarantee is designed to give you, the home buyer, peace of mind that the property you are buying satisfies your needs at the time of purchase.

Should you wish to list the property within 3 months of purchasing, you will agree to an expected selling time frame and a list price set at a mutually agreed market value, determined by me and based upon current market conditions for your particular area and property.

During this period I will offer your home for sale under the terms of my personal “Love it or Leave it” Buyer Protection Guarantee.

To receive a credit for the selling portion of the commission of your original property, you must purchase another home of equal or greater value and have me, Glen Hopkins, as your exclusive buyer representative for the transaction.

Your new home purchase will be within the same market area (50-kilometer radius of the initial home purchased).

The cooperating brokerage representing the buyer of your the property receives, from you, 3.22% on the first $100,000 and 1.15% on the balance from the seller at the time of completion.
