At Live Yoga you can experience quality yoga, Pilates and specialty classes in their welcoming and inclusive local White Rock yoga studio, or online. They serve students in White Rock, South Surrey, Langley and beyond.
They are a small family run business. Sean and Amy have 3 girls under 6 and love doing yoga with their kids. They are also proud to livestream all of the classes found on the schedule. Plus, they have an on-demand library that enables students to access classes at anytime!
