Chances are you loathe typical real estate agent bios. Don’t worry, I do too. They’re like cardboard — stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. Instead of boasting about my awards and accomplishments that you’re probably not all that interested in, I’m taking the novel approach of actually giving you what you want — real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now.
Will You Return My Calls and Emails?
Yes. Without question.
I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with real estate agents. Although I get dozens of calls and emails each day, I guarantee that I will respond to all your queries in a very timely manner. In fact, if for some reason I don’t, I’ll pay you $1,000 on closing!
Many REALTORS Seem to Only Care About the Commission. Are You Like That?
Absolutely not. My business is built on working with referrals. Although I have closed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions, building long-term relationships with my clients is far more important to me.
When you choose to work with me I’ll be here for you before, during and, long after the transaction. In fact, I regularly host client appreciation events that many of my clients come to time again.
Do You Have Experience Doing Exactly What I Need?
Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing. These are a few “strong suits” of mine:

What Kind of Work Are You Really Good At?
On a personal level, I’m pretty good at cooking (I make a mean spaghetti!), and I’m not too shabby at DIY projects (if I can watch a guy on Youtube do it, usually I can too).
On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I’ve developed over the years:
- Listening. Unfortunately, it’s a lost art these days.
- Marketing. Not to toot my own horn buuuut… with over 17 years as a full-time marketing consultant and author of two books on the subject, I have yet to meet another Realtor that comes even close to me in this area.
- Negotiations. I’m a Certified Negotiations Expert. I have a degree in psychology and I’ve studied and practiced negotiations for years. So the bottom line is this; I always get my clients the best possible deal and I regularly save them tens of thousands of dollars.
What Areas Do You Work In?
While I am licensed to buy and sell real estate anywhere in British Columbia, my expertise is in buying and selling homes in White Rock, South Surrey, and surrounding areas. I have lived and worked in White Rock / South Surrey for over 20 years.
