Morgan Creek is divided by 32nd Avenue to 40th Avenue and from Highway 99 East to 168 Street. The golf course is absolutely amazing and world-class. However, it is not just about looking pretty. This place is perfect for families too, with awesome schools, parks, and all the must-haves nearby. If you are into the outdoors, you will love it here with all the nature and beauty surrounding you.
In Morgan Creek, you will mostly find larger detached homes with the odd high-end townhouse complex mixed within. On the downside, it is definitely very pricey on this side of town. However, once you see it, you will understand why real quick.

This place really is the classic seaside community.

One of the nice things about Pacific Douglas is that you are never further than about 10 minutes away from all of the amenities that you could possibly ever need or want in Grand View Heights. Plus, it has easy access to Highway 99, making it great for people commuting into the city.
